The book is in very good condition with no marks or inscriptions. There is a tear to the base of the spine/front cover join and one to the bottom of the spine/rear cover join. The page edges are lightly foxed.

The dustwrapper is in very good condition and is price clipped. There is light wear and rubbing to the top/base of the spine and edges of the covers.

The wrapper comes with an unattached clear protective cover. 

Each page contains the beautiful illustrations of Hilda Boswell in full colour.
